All of our Detroit Catered Meals and BBQ'd meats are slowly smoke-cooked on a special BBQ Pit using
wood and charcoal. It is this slow smoke-cooking that gives the meat
it’s unique flavour and smoke ring.

Our Detroit Food Catering team will prepare your BBQ and
sides ready for serving. We offer pick-up or Catered Food Delivery. We can
deliver your Catered Food Order hot and ready to eat to your home, office, or any
other location. Our Catering Service covers most of the
Detroit Metro area. Our standard Food Catering Charge is $20 plus $.50 for
each mile from the center of our universe at 15535 W. McNichols in
Detroit.
We want your party to be a most
memorable experience. Because we want to offer the best tasting Food
you have ever eaten, we use the freshest foods and choicest meats we
can find, season them just like your Mother would cook them to
perfection. Resulting in an experience you won't soon forget. When

Because our Catered Food is purchased and prepared fresh for your
order, cancellations must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to
the date of your event. Late cancellations will result in a
non-refundable charge of 25% of the total order.
